RETURNS, Cancellation and REFUND

Thank you for shopping at Ahfoa.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Conditions for Returns

  • The wrong product was sent to you.
  • The product you received was damaged.
  • If the product was defective.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • Product isn’t used or damaged.

A video of unboxing is mandatory. Email this video to us at ahfoa.in@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The item is Used/Dirty/Damaged by the customer.
  • The product packaging includes no proof of buying from us, such as an invoice, our packaging, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at ahfoa.in@gmail.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.

If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a time span of 5-7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund reflects in your account.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation

Once ordered, you cannot cancel your order. For COD Orders that are rejected at the doorstep of the customer, a fine of Rs.100 will be charged.
